At Sweetdreams Beds we have a four main options for shipping your goods to you.

1) Free Delivery Area By Our Own Transport

2) Light goods Courier Delivery

3) Large Item Courier Delivery

4) Collect Direct From Our Warehouse

Some are more economical than than others depending on what products are ordered and where you live. We always try and get your goods to you in the most efficient way bearing in mind security and the type of goods you have ordered. Our aim is not to charge the earth and make money on your delivery but to offer an excellent service and only pass on any charges we incur. The actual cost depends on the goods you order, once you have chosen your goods check your basket and the shipping options will be shown, just enter your postcode then click the recalculate button to find the most economical options. (Option 1)

We run our own vehicles within a large free delivery area, deliveries to this area are free, we have regular runs to these areas, we normally can give a reasonably accurate time window or drivers can call when they are on route to the address, this makes sure you are not waiting around all day for a delivery. On the day of delivery you can phone the driver direct to get an eta. The map below will give you a good idea of our free delivery area or use the postcode checker to get an accurate delivery cost, remember though if you order light weight goods or goods that can go by courier it may be cheaper when you get to the checkout.

(Option 2)

Light Goods Courier Method - this is good for smaller lighter products such as headboards or some bedsteads only, they can be easily couriered as they are all boxed, this can be a lot cheaper way than a heavy goods delivery, this option will be available to you at the checkout once you have placed your products in your basket, check to see if its a cheaper method.

(Option 3)

Heavy Goods Delivery - we use a recognised outside courier to deliver large and bulky items such as mattresses to areas outside our free delivery area. This generally costs £49.00 inc , use the postcode checker above to see if this is the preferred method for your area. If in any doubt call us on 01489 578856 and we will be happy to advise you, some areas outside our free delivery area such as london can be a little cheaper than the standard cost as we have a delivery partner who regularly does this area for us.

(Option 4)

Collect Direct From Our Warehouse - need something urgently we carry a large stock at our warehouse just of junction 9 of the M27 near southampton, customers are welcome to collect from here by appointment.
