1. How to place an order using the online shopping cart

To purchase a product from our site, first click on the item of interest. All of the product information will be on this page. Select the required information, (size, finish, or other product options), and click "add to cart". After adding the item to your shopping cart, you can either continue shopping or click on "view basket" on the top banner to complete the order. If you continue shopping, you may press the "view basket" button on the top banner at any time to verify what is in your shopping cart. T hen, once you have added everything you wish to purchase to your cart, press "view basket" to go to our secure checkout form. Once you have completed your personal information and sent your order one of our trained customer representatives will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order and take payment.

2. How to place a telephone order

If you wish to phone through your order, please look through our online catalogue, making a note of your desired purchases and exact specifications and then phone one of our sales team:

After taking your order, we will ask you for credit / debit card details in order for payment to be made.

3. How to place an order by e-mail

If you would prefer to e-mail us with your request, please e-mail your enquiry to sales@sweetdreamsbeds.com or use the email form below and attach it to an email.
In order to capture all of the information we require to process your order, please use the e-mail order form. Please do not send your credit/ debit card details via e-mail for security reasons.
We will contact you as soon as possible to follow up your order request as well as take your credit/debit card details for immediate payment. Please note that we do not accept cheque payments.

4. How to order by Fax

Complete the fax order form print it out and fax direct to the main office on 01489 578810
For security reasons do not put any credit card details on the form, we will telephone you for these once we receive the order, make sure you put a contact telephone number on the form orders cannot be processed without this.
