Our showroom is situated mid way between Portsmouth and Southampton in the village of Warsash. If you have difficulty in finding us, please call on 01489 578856 and we can guide you in.

From M3 / West or M27 Southampton

1. Travelling south on the M3 follow it down until it splits, get in the middle lane and follow the signs for M27 East to Portsmouth the slip road will bring you out on the M27 travelling East.
2. Follow the M27 for two junctions to junction 8 (approx 4 miles). Leave the M27 at junction 8, follow the slip road down to the roundabout, take the third exit off which is right underneath the motorway.
3. Keep in the left hand lane; at the roundabout take the 1st exit, sign posted A27 Park Gate, Sarisbury Green, Fareham. LANDMARK: Tesco Supermarket on the right.
4. Follow the A27 down the hill & up again. LANDMARK: Crows Nest Pub on the left.
5. Continue down the 2nd hill, under the railway bridge & over a second bridge, which crosses the River Hamble. LANDMARK: There are boat yards on both sides of the road.
6. Continue through the set of traffic lights and up the hill.
7. At the brow of the hill you will see shops on your left and a large cricket green on your right, you need to turn right here by the church into Barnes Lane, this is sign posted to Warsash and the Dormy House Hotel.
8. Continue down Barnes Lane for about ¾ mile until you come to a T-junction. Turn Right into Brook Lane (signposted Warsash) then immediately right again into Brook Avenue (10yds) , Mitchell House is in front of you and your right hand side as you enter Brook Avenue.

From A3 / East or M27 from Portsmouth

1. Travelling south on the A3 follow it down until it splits, follow the signs for M27 West Portsmouth.
2. Once on the M27 continue to Junction 9.
3. Leave the M27 at Junction 9, sign posted Fareham West, follow the slip road to the roundabout and turn left, after leaving the roundabout, you’ll need to move across to the right hand lane.
4. At the next roundabout take the 5th exit sign posted A27 Southampton & Park Gate (Segensworth Roundabout).
5. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit.
6. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit. LANDMARK: Kams Palace Chinese restaurant on the left.
7. At the next roundabout and turn left into Brook Lane. LANDMARK: Esso Garage on the left.
8. At the next roundabout, take the 3rd exit into the continuation of Brook Lane. Sign posted Warsash.
9. Continue down Brook Lane past the school. LANDMARK: Brookfield School on the right.
10. Continue until you see our signs outside the showroom and turn right into Brook Avenue.
